Tahirul-Qadri’s visit on June 23 could prove dangerous for the government. He is a man with passion; he speaks to the misguided citizens and says what is in everyone’s heart. He must be bridled on landing at Karachi Airport. Even before his arrival, our TV channels are telecasting debates about the ‘Revolution’ in the country. With media promoting him, he has already won fifty percent of the battle. The rest will be easy to handle for a fiery speaker coming to the country to achieve someone else’s mission. He may have plans to turn the apple cart of the Sharif brothers who are moving unchecked to destroy Pakistan, but can we sustain a ‘Revolution’ at this time?

AFZAL SADIQ,

Attock, June 12.
