I saw some people squabbling at a parking area near a market. On asking, I was told that a car owner was abusing a rickshaw driver and asking him to vacate the place as he had to park his car, as if he had the right to the parking area and the rickshaw driver did not. We live in a society where we abuse the poor over small issues, and think nothing of their respect. The poor only have dignity and respect. They don’t have large mansions, beautiful cars and branded clothes. No one has the right to take this away from them or abuse them. Our society has started degenerating to the extent that we have become worshippers of wealth and the wealthy! Let our mothers stand tall and bread children who learn to respect the working class, instead of abusing them.
