LONDON - PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif is well in London and will soon return home. According to family sources, Nawaz angioplasty was performed and he is out of danger now. Nawaz underwent a heart surgery in London after being admitted to hospital with chest pain. Doctors in London reportedly detected Nawazs heart problem while he was undergoing a check-up at the central London hospital, where doctors decided to keep him for further observation. Nawaz had been in the British capital for the past few days after reaching there from Lahore via Switzerland on a private visit. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the younger brother of the PML-N chief, also rushed to London after Nawaz was hospitalised. Shahbaz is returning home today after successful operation of Nawaz. According to CM Secretariat sources, Nawaz thanked his well-wishers and asked for dua for his early recovery. His political secretary, Dr Asif Kirmani told the media on Thursday night that Nawaz talked to him on telephone and told him that his condition was stable now, while a few medical tests were yet to be conducted. Party central Secretary Information Ahsan Iqbal has also said that condition of PML-N Qauid was stable now. Meanwhile, City remained under the grip of rumours all the day that condition of Nawaz had deteriorated and that he was under critical condition.
