ISLAMABAD - Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued eight provisional licences for the construction of LPG storage and filling plants. Highlighting the monitoring role of OGRA, its official spokesman revealed that on 12th of March 2011, the Enforcement Department inspected forty-seven facilities. The Enforcement Department has also issued ten show cause notices and imposed fines of Rs 150,000/- to three retail outlets of Oil Marketing Companies over violating of rules and regulations resultantly provided relief to the general public.
