ISLAMABAD - President Asif Ali Zardri has summoned a joint session of the Parliament on March 22 and will also address it. The president has been summoned the joint session of Majlis-e-Shoora (parliament) in the Parliament House, Islamabad on Tuesday at 4pm, said a notification from the National Assembly secretariat. National Assembly Speaker Dr Fehmida Mirza is likely to chair the joint sitting where President Asif Ali Zardari would share the governments policy and its achievements during the last and the coming year. The political situation emerging after Raymond Davis release may give a hard time to the president during his address. On the other hand, the PML-Q, the third largest party in the parliament, seems angry with the federal government on the issue of Moonis Elahi. The president has recently settled down issues with its coalition partner MQM.
