LAHORE - Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz has lambasted the statement given by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif against President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday and vowed that after his party came into power in the next elections, he would himself drag Shahbaz on the Mall.

Addressing a press conference along with Shaukat Basra, Sajida Mir and others here Saturday, he went miles ahead in using foul and indecent language against the CM while pledging to drag him (the CM) and his son Hamza Shahbaz to Ayasha Ahad House, to the victims of dengue and of PIC medicines, to the intermediate students who received wrong results.

He said the CM needs political and moral training and he would ask the ‘mental hospital administration’ to take him (the CM) away for treatment while keeping him in solitary cell so that other patients do not get affected by him.  Raja Riaz beamed with fury went all out against the CM and blamed him of looting billions of the Punjab Government while practicing rampant corruption. To the CM statement that that he would drag Zardari on the road Raja gave a cutting retort and said his name should be given another bad name if he failed to drag the CM on the Mall after the PPP comes to the power in the Punjab.

He said Shahbaz Sharif would also need to answer for the Mehran Bank money which he received from Younas Habib. If the CM is innocent in the scandal he should come to the Punjab Assembly and give oath to prove it.

The Opposition leader asked Lahore High Court the Chief Justice to take suo moto of the language used by the CM against Zardari and when a questioner asked what about the indecent language he is using against the Chief Minister, he replied we will not spare anyone reaching our collar.
