Aqeel, Jalil in quarters of Anti-Tobacco Day Tennis

KARACHI Top seed Aqeel Khan and his younger sibling Jalil Khan moved to the quarter-finals of mens singles of the 13th Anti Tobacco Day Tennis Championships after winning their second round matches here Monday at Karachi Club. The current national champion and Davis cupper Aqeel Khan beat Muhammad Saeed 6-0, 6-2 while his brother Jalil Khan, also a Davis cupper, scored 6-0, 6-1 win over Talha Zubair. In the first round match played on late Sunday afternoon, Aqeels third brother Yasir Khan beat Sikander Hayat 6-2, 6-2.
