KARACHI -  A man was electrocuted while another committed suicide over unknown reasons in separate in incidents in the city on Thursday. A young man committed suicide at a guesthouse within the remits of the SITE-A Police Station.  Identified as 23-year-old Abdullah, son of Noor Mohammad, the victim ended his life by hanging himself with the help of a telephone wire. According to police officials, the victim, who had come to Karachi from Swat to find a job, had checked in a day ago at the guesthouse.The motive behind the suicide could not be ascertained till the filing of this report. The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities and later moved to the Edhi Morgue for identification. Separately, a electrician was electrocuted at Al-Asif Square within the remits of the Sohrab Goth Police Station. The victim, 25-year-old Ejaz, son of Yar Mohammad, was a resident of Kausar Niazi Colony, North Nazimabad. The body was shifted to the ASH and later handed over to the heirs without any medico-legal formalities.
