Islamabad - Islamabad police have arrested 10 outlaws and recovered 1.50 kilograms hashish, 1.25 kilograms opium, 110 grams heroin and stolen property from their possession, a police spokesman said yesterday.

He said that CIA police recovered two stolen mobile phones from an accused Qasim Khan while Sabzi Mandi police recovered 1.25 kilograms opium from a female identified as Saltnat Bibi. Golra police arrested two accused Yousaf Khan and Akhtar Gul for their alleged involvement in a theft case. Noon police arrested Irfan, Naveed, Sher Afzal and Amjad Khan for having 1.50 kilograms hashish, 10 grams heroin, one 30-bore pistol, one 12-bore gun and one dagger from their possession respectively.

Sihala police apprehended Sajjad Mehmood and Abdullah who were involved in illegal sale of petroleum products. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is under way.
