Planning Commission economic experts have prepared report on the economic priorities in the implementation of the IMF envisaged new program. According to the report the proposed downsizing of the annual development program should not be more than 10 percent. The report comprising of setting the economic priorities relating to the envisaged implementation of the IMF new program would be presented to the prime minister today. It is said in the report that the IMF program-1992 had materialized into GDP rate reeling down even below 3.5 percent and further 12 million people were relegated below the poverty line.
