GUJRANWALA - Federal Production Secretary Yar Muhammad Rind has said that Gujranwala Tools, Dyes and Mould Centre (GTDM) will change the industrial culture by providing not only skilled labour to the industries but also ensure preparing precious dyes and moulds for industrial production across the country.

He was addressing the certificate-awarding ceremony of the first batch of GTDM Centre here on Saturday. GTDM Chairman Khalid Mahmood Chadha, former Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI0 presidents - Sh Muhammad Aslam, Rana Nasir Mahmood and Nawaz Ahmad Bajwa, besides Zia Ullah Irfani, Aqeel Ahmad and other industrialists attended the ceremony.

The federal production secretary expressed satisfaction over the working of the Gujranwala Tools, Dyes and Mould Centre Centre and hoped that it would fulfil the industrial sector's requirements for delivery of high quality dyes and moulds as well as skilled labour in the country and abroad.

Availability of skilled labour will help the country alleviate poverty and revival cottage industry, adding that this process would also help generate employment opportunities.

On the occasion, he announced the establishment of a 300-bed hostel for the centre and directed its chairman to submit PC-1 of the project for final approval
