ISLAMABAD - Additional District and Sessions Judge on Saturday adjourned the hearing of damage’s suit of Ex-Minister for Religious Affairs, Hamid Saeed Kazmi against a PTI leader Azam Swati till December 8.

Additional District and Session Judge, Raja Khuram Ali Khan resumed hearing of the plea filed by Amir Mahmood advocate, counsel of Hamid Saeed Kazmi. The court adjourned hearing of the case due to non-appearance of counsels of both respondents because of strike at District Bar Association.

However, Ex-Minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi and Ex-Minister and leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, Azam Swati also did not appear before the court because of lawyer’s strike.

It is pertinent to mention here that Hamid Saeed filed damage’s suit of ten billion rupees against PTI leader, Azim Swati for falsely accusing him in Haj corruption scam.
