KHYBER AGENCY: At least four people including a woman sustained injuries in two separate blasts in Khyber Agency on Wednesday.

In the first incident, a son hurled hand grenade at his house in Landi Kotal over a minor domestic dispute. The explosion left father and mother injured who were taken to the Landi Kotal hospital for medication.

Separately in Tirah Valley’s Naray Baba, an explosion was heard near the check post of peace committee that wounded as many as two volunteers. The victims were shifted to Peshawar Hospital for medical assistance.

According to security officers, both incidents had taken place in the remote areas of Khyber Agency however, a search operation has been launched to nab the culprits.
