Quetta: The government has constituted a five-member inquiry committee to probe the Jaffar Express derail incident, which had claimed 16 lives and injuries to 150 others.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif while expressing grief over the accident has directed the railway minister to form an inquiry committee to investigate the tragedy, sources said.
The sources said that the committee has left for Quetta to inspect the accident site to start investigation.
