KHAIRPUR - Six People were killed while two were injured in separate incidents in various part of the district on Thursday. According to detail two unidentified armed persons fired on donkey cart near Phat Village in the jurisdiction of A-section Police station. As result, one youth labourer Muhammad Iqbal Phulpoto, 28, was died while armed persons escaped from the spot after committing the crime. The police body took in to custody and hand over to his relatives after autopsy from civil hospital. The case murder did not register till the filing of this story. Meanwhile, another incident, one youth Abdul Hakeem Manglo was killed at village Ali Murad Manglo near Gambat in clash in between two groups of Manglo Community over land dispute. Similarly, one Inayatan Khatoon Soomro was died while Muhammad Ali injured in motorcycle and camel cart collision at Talo Link Road near Bozdar Wada when they were going for Eid shopping. Like wise, a dog bite Shafiullah Phulpoto,8, at Village Waryam Phulpoto in the jurisdiction of Tando Musti Police station. The injured was taken to civil hospital but he succumbed his injuries. Furthermore, two people including Sarang Jeho, 80, and Khainou Jeho, 60, years killed while a baby Amanat Khatoon was injured at village Noor Muhmmad Jejo near Faiz Jung by attacked of armed persons due to old enmity and the dead bodies brought to Faiz Jung hospital for autopsy. However, police did not lodge an FIR of this case till filing of this story. Court directs ACE to probe misuse of irrigation dept funds The District and Sessions Judge have directed the director Anti Corruption Establishment Karachi to probe the matter of misappropriation of millions rupees of scarp irrigation department and will submit report before the court within 40 days. It has mentioned that Hajji Allah Dad Jalbani had filed a petition under section 22-A and 22-B before in session court against Chief Engineer Irrigation Hyder Abad Pir Munawar Hussain, Engineer Scarp Imtiaz Memon, Engineer Mechanical division Rahmatullah, Engineer Nizamuddin for registration FIR of misappropriation of millions rupees in 2005. The court was admitted petition and issued notices to the respondent for reply after listen the arguments on Thursday, the court directed the Director Anti Corruption to conduct enquiry of the matter and submitted report within 40 days.
