RAWALPINDI - The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Number 3 Judge Shahid Raffique Saturday shifted former premier Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case and Mumbai attack case to ATC Rawalpindi No 1 without any further proceeding. The court also set September 24, 2011 the date for the next hearing of both BB murder and Mumbai attack cases. On the other hand, ATC Rawalpindi No 3 Judge Shahid Raffique has been transferred to ATC no 1 whereas ATC No 1 Judge Malik Akram Awan was transferred as district and sessions judge to Mianwali. During the trial, which held at Adyala Jail, the accused of BB murder case and Mumbai attack case were also present in the court.
