OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE The WISE College on Saturday introduced its new project 'Skilling Young People for Employability (SYPE) to provide the students a job-related experience with local and foreign education. A ceremony was held in a local hotel in this regard wherein WISE College Principal Hamida Tariq and others were presents. Addressing the ceremony, Hamida Tariq said that the WISE College, by introducing a new way of education on very nominal fee, had set a new trend and tradition in education. She said, Our aim is not only to thrust a degree on our students but also to provide them with part time jobs. She regretted that even those degree-holders from well-reputed colleges failed to get good jobs only because the main aim of those colleges was just to mint money in the name of education. She said that WISE College, in consultation with the educationists and local and foreign job-providers, had introduced a very comprehensive programme to enable the students to learn and earn at the same time.
