A FEW weeks ago I had applied for the following six posts in the WAPDA Project through NTS. I applied for the post of Assistant Director, Communication, Assistant Director, Consultation and Participation, Assistant Director, Migration Management, Assistant Director, Product Communication, Assistant Director, Public Relations and Dy. Director –Communication. The required experience for the above jobs was 5 years. Although I have 8 years of experience I was rejected because of less experience, the excuse given by NTS.

Despite submission of experience certificates through Fax, TCS and other channels they are not ready to remove the objection. It is clear that there is a fault in the NTS communication system, as I gave details of my experience in the application form and also attached the photocopies. NTS has lost all credibility and has become pathetic. They do not hire technically sound people, as a result they make mistakes and the candidates suffer. How can an organization that makes so many mistakes hire for large corporations? I request the concerned authorities of take serious action in this regard.
