Pakistan cricket team will depart for Ireland, England on Monday

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan cricket team, announced for the Ireland and England tour, will depart on Monday.

The national team have started its training camp under the supervision of Head coach Micky Arthur at Gaddafi stadium Lahore on Wednesday.

The 16-member team which includes five uncapped players in the test squad practised on the first day of the training camp.

They will play one test against Ireland and two tests against England.

A sixteen member team for Pakistan's tour of England and Ireland was announced on Sunday. Chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq announced the squad in a press conference.

Pakistan will play Ireland in the only Test in Dublin from May 11-15 Ireland's first since being granted Test status last year before playing two Tests against England, starting at Lord's from May 24 with the second at Leeds from June 1.
