IHC takes up traders’ plea against Inqilab March today

ISLAMABAD - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will take up today (Tuesday) a petition of traders of the federal capital against Inqilab March of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.
A single bench of IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah will conduct the hearing of the petition moved by Ajmal Baloch, president of traders union, against the protestors’ sit-in. Baloch contended that the sit-in is badly affecting the business community and fundamental rights of the businessmen are being infringed. Therefore, the petitioner prayed to the court to direct the government to allocate the protesters some separate place so that the normal life may not disturb in the capital.
