They sold their luxury Adelaide home and listed their Palm Beach mansion before putting their multi-million dollar Melbourne penthouse on the market as well. And it appears tennis champion Lleyton Hewitt and former actress wife Bec don’t have any plans to re-purchase property in Australia.
The power couple, who are based in the Bahamas, have their eyes on a small island in the same gated community where they currently live in a $3.8 million Atlantic Island home, New Idea reports. The glamorous pair are understood to be seriously looking into buying the 8074 square metre island, -on the market for $8 million - the land package allowing them to design and build a property specifically tailored to the needs of their young family, including Mia, eight, Cruz, five, and Ava, three.
The young kids will have access to the sprawling beaches and natural wonders of the area. The extensive lot boasts its own sandy beach and offers the utmost privacy for the family-of-five - the area is only accessible via a private bridge.
