Rawalpindi-A 13-year-old school going boy went missing from area of Dhoke Noor in precinct of the Police Station (PS) Saddar Bairooni. The parents of boy, identified as Ali Hassan, reported the incident to police. 

A man Atta Rasool of Dhoke Noor told Chowky In-charge Ranyal that his son Ali Hassan left his house on August 18 at 7:30am to attend his SA Model School located near the house in Dhoke Noor. Ali Hassan was studying in class 8th.

However, he stated, the boy could not reach the school and went missing mysteriously. He told police the family had also conducted search for the missing boy but could not find out his whereabouts. “We have no enmity with anyone. I am suspicious that some unknown persons kidnapped my son,” he added.

Police, while accepting the application, registered the happening of incident in daily crime register and started manhunt for missing boy. Talking to The Nation, Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Munir Ahmed, who is leading investigation into the boy missing case, confirmed the incident. He said that boy left his house for school in morning but could not reach school and went missing in the way. He said that the family and police have been searching the boy while case was not registered so far.
