PPP Central Executive Council (CEC) on Saturday has adopted a unanimous resolution showing full confidence in President Zardari, report said. The CEC has decided to defend NRO cases which were re-opened against party leaders in courts after the decision of Supreme Court. The CEC meeting held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of President Asif Ali Zardari while Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was also present in the meeting. The meeting will discuss the current political situation of the country and the situation arising after the strike down of NRO by the 17-member larger bench of the SC.
