QUETTA: As many as four political workers have been abducted in different areas of Khach district in Balochistan. The banned Balochistan Liberation Front claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
The four kidnapped political workers belonged to the National Party and Balochistan National Party-Mengal, who were kidnapped after they were returning from election campaigning of a vacant provincial assembly seat.
The spokesperson of the banned militant organization has warned political parties against taking part in the election campaign in PB-50 constituency, whereby-polls are scheduled for December 30. The seat fell vacant after the disqualification the PML-N MPA Akbar Askoni.
