The singer and actress wants to get a property down the street from Bieber, as she can’t afford anything on his street, where properties range from $6 million up to $12 million. ‘That’s not going to happen in Calabasas,’ confided a real estate insider. ‘Justin’s so fed up with neighbors constantly complaining about him that he’s putting his bachelor pad on the block. ‘He’s even selling off the vacant lot he bought next door, abandoning his planned expansion of the estate.’–SS
