Rawalpindi - The young students paid glowing tribute to the martyrs of Army Public School Peshawar during an enthralling performance here yesterday. The extravaganza of preschool kids was enthusiastically participated by the parents, teachers and students at Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) Auditorium. Wearing attractive costumes of different characters the little kids performed superb while presenting tableaus, skits, songs and other interesting items specially prepared on the occasion of annual school function.

Addressing the ceremony Executive Director The Educators Network, Imtiaz Rafi Butt expressed his deep sentiments for Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif who has been fighting against terrorism. He paid tributes to the great sacrifices of Armed Forces of Pakistan and condemned act of terrorism in APS Peshawar wherein the talented students laid their lives for their beloved homeland.

Imtiaz termed it the saddest moment in the history of Pakistan and said that their great sacrifices would ever be remembered. He also appreciated the coordinated efforts of parents and teachers who have inculcated spirit of learning developed confidence in little kids of Educators.

Head Educator Satellite Town Branch, Sadia Rafique said, “We are following modern education system and promoting co-curricular activities to provide students with opportunities to express their capabilities and talent.”
