Fourteen outlaws including five POs held

islamabad - Islamabad police arrested 14 outlaws including 5 proclaimed offenders and recovered 1.32 kilograms of hashish, 12 bottles of wine and weapons from their possession, a spokesman said.

The spokesman said that Tarnol police arrested Shahid Mehmud for having 1.20 kilograms of hashish while Secretariat police arrested Sajjad for having two wine bottles.

The Shalimar police arrested Aabid Aashiq for having 10 wine bottles while Ramana police arrested Ejaz for possessing 300 grams of hashish. The Noon police arrested Faiz for having a pistol. Aabpara police nabbed Babar and Irfan for impersonating personnel of the law enforcement agency besides recovering wireless sets from them.

The Sihala police arrested Mukamil Khan for having a pistol while Loi Bher police nabbed Naveed for alleged involvement in a fraud case.

Meanwhile, the Islamabad police also arrested five proclaimed offenders wanted to police for their involvement in crimes of heinous nature.

Furthermore, Islamabad city district administration seized thousands of litters of unhygienic milk and dairy cream. The raid was conducted by AC rural who seized over 10,000 litters of sub-standard milk being transported from Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha and other cities. The chemical-contaminated milk and cream was later destroyed.
