RAWALPINDI - Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi No 2 on Saturday declared 13 suspects as Proclaimed Offenders (POs) for their alleged role in the terrorist attacks in Mumbai last November. The ATC Judge Baqir Ali Rana, who has been conducting jail trial of the case, adjourned the hearing till July 25. The accused declared Proclaimed Offenders included Muhammad Amjad Khan, Riaz Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Younis, Atiq-ur-Rehman, Abu Hamza, Qafa, Muhammad Mushtaq, Muhammad Sabir Sulfi, Abdul Shakoor, Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Khan, Shakeel Ahmed and Abdul Rehman. On the next hearing in the case, the court will take up two separate applications. In the first application, the accused sought the certified copies of First Information Report (FIR) and other related documents while the second application was submitted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in which it requested in camera proceeding of the case instead of open trial due to the sensitivity of the case.
