Former Mutahidda Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Tahir Mashadi has joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Thursday.

The announcement was made during a press conference at the party’s Model Town secretariat.

The former MQM-P senator reposed full confidence in the leadership of Shehbaz Sharif. He said that PML-N was the only party which selflessly served masses.

Earlier last month, MQM-P parliamentary leader in Senate Col (r) Tahir Hussain Mashhadi had announced to disassociate himself from the party.
