LAHORE Faisalabad and Multan won their matches of the Sports Board Punjab Inter-divisional Basketball Championship being played here at the Physical Education College Courts. Faisalabad beat DG Khan 50-35. Waqar was prominent from winners with 18 points while from the losing side Asif (16) did well. In another match, Multan beat Sahiwal 51-38. Inshal was the players to watch from the winning side while Adil did well from the losing side. Lahore and Sargodha teams have already qualified for the semi-finals while the winners of the matches between Gujranwala-Multan and Faisalabad-Sahiwal will determine the other semi-finalists.
