Sri Lanka beat Bangladesh in Asia Cup

DAMBULLA (Sri Lanka) (AFP) Sri Lanka defeated Bangladesh by 126 runs in the Asia Cup one-day international on Friday. Batting first, Sri Lanka posted a mammoth total of 312 by losing four wickets in 50 overs. Dilshan was the main scorer for Sri Lank who scored 71 runs. Tharanga and Sangakkara also played well making half centuries for Sri Lanka. Shafiultook two wickets for 59 and Mahmudullah got one for 28 runs. In reply, Bangladesh were all out on 186 in 40.2 overs. Tamim scored 51 runs and Junaid made 38 for Bangladesh. Dilshan took three wickets and Muralitharan got two.
