NAT test to be essential for admissions

The clearance of the NAT test will be essential for admissions in the BS Media Studies and MA Media Studies from the forthcoming session as no application will be entertained for admission in these classes in the next session. IUB Media Studies Department Chairman Dr Ghulam Shabir Baloch informed that the step had been taken to check and improve the standard of the students and promote quality of academic standards. He said that the GAT test had already been compulsory for the P Phil scholars of the Media Studies at the IUB LECTURER ATTENDS CONFERENCE: The Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB) Geography Department lecturer Mst Munnaza Fatima recently attended an international conference under the topic of “Third Climate Change Technology Conference” at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. She presented two papers about the climatic changes and devastating flood conditions in Pakistan.She also held meeting with the experts and discussed the environmental conditions all over the world and gained necessary information about the geographical climatic changes in the area.The conference was held from May 27 to May 29 in which a number of experts and scholars from all over the world took part and presented papers about the topic.
