Rawalpindi - Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif took an aerial view of metro bus service project through a helicopter on Thursday.

The CM viewed construction work of MBS project from Fleshman Hotel to Secretariat. Tight security arrangements were made on ground by police and other law-enforcement agencies to avoid any untoward incident on the occasion.

Later, Shahbaz Sharif while talking to media persons said that the construction work of MBS Project has entered in its last phase and would be completed in days. He also termed the construction work as per standard of international level. He said that the people of twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have been availing world class travelling facilities in metro buses against cheap fare. He said that work on MBS Project Multan has also been kicked off.

Replying to a query, the CM said, “Completion of MBS project is a slap on the faces of those who are criticizing this public welfare project.”
