ISLAMABAD Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday appointed Mian Raza Rabbani as his advisor. Mian Raza Rabbani is presently the Deputy Secretary General of PPP. He is also the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional Reforms. He earlier held the portfolio of federal minister for inter-provincial coordination in the present government.
