SWAT - A journalist was found mysteriously dead in a local hotel in Mingora, Swat the other day.

The hotel management said Shah Hussain, son of Muzammil, hailing from Jahanzeb Kowatar Dargai rented a room in Pamir Hotel situated in Mingora on Friday. He entered his room after checking at 7:00 pm and remained therein till Saturday afternoon.

They said he did not make any contact with the hotel staffers for any kind of service, which caused attentiveness among them as to why the customer did not make any order for dinner or breakfast while being confined to his room.

On duty manager Shah Hussain told TheNation that he entered the room with intension to ascertain the facts and was astonished to find Shah Hussain lying dead on his bed.  The hotel management immediately informed the local police, who took the dead body into their custody.

According to SHO Mingora Moamber Khan, Shah Hussain was a journalist and contractor. He said the autopsy report was sent to Lahore, after receiving which they would public the reality behind this incident.

Meanwhile, Swat Transport Federation arranged a gathering to offer special prayer for the departed sould of SP Kalam Khan, who was martyred in a suicide attack a few days back.
