PESHAWAR- Armed gunmen shot dead a traffic warden on duty today and escaped the scene.
Unknown gunmen opened fire at Sub-Inspector traffic police identified as Muslim Khan deployed at Kohat Road in Maripur police station jurisdiction leaving him critically injured. The injured cop was shifted to Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) where he succumbed to his wounds.
Police have registered a case against unknown murderers and started investigation.
