RAWALPINDI  - Strict monitoring of sanitation and cleanliness during Muharram is being undertaken by Municipal Services of City.
Edo, Imtiaz Ahmad Malik, who undertook an official inspection of the second phase of cleanliness drive in areas like Khayaban -e-Sir Syed, Bangash Colony, Nullah lai and others, stressed to complete the work until 10th Muharram. He ordered strict challans of anybody caught disposing garbage in Nullah Lai, while also suspended the sanitary supervisor over neglect of cleanliness of sector C of the area.
, while he also directed for sanitation of Imambargahs and mosques.
