Rawalpindi - Shah Mehmood Qureshi, vice-chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), visited District Headquarters Hospital on Tuesday to inquire after the health of a PTI worker who suffered bullet injuries during firing on a PTI rally in Jhelum on Sunday last. Qureshi was flanked by Ijaz Khan Jazzi, Chaudhry Muhammad Asghar and other local leaders.

Qureshi met the injured Adnan and inquire after his health. He also assured the injured that he would be provided with justice. Qureshi also asked the doctors to provide the injured best quality healthcare.

Talking to media persons, Qureshi leashed out at the government, saying, “The government’s goons launched armed attack on PTI public rally to demoralise the supporters.” He said that the PTI would take strict action against the attackers and would also bring them to justice. “We will make all-out efforts to give justice to the injured party workers,” he said.

Responding to media queries, the PTI leader said that PTI would hold a massive public rally in Islamabad on November 30 with participation of tens of thousands of people who were against the bad governance of PML-N. He said that all the arrangements had been finalised for show of power in Islamabad.
