ISLAMABAD: The United Nations (UN) has urged Myanmar on Saturday to take immediate actions to address humanitarian and human rights situations in its Rakhine state.

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) spokesperson Adrian Edwards while talking to reporters in Geneva urged the Myanmar government to ensure protection of all civilians on its territory in accordance with the rule of law and its international obligations.
