PFF asks Premier League teams to hire qualified coaches

ISLAMABAD Director Operation Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), Wing. It has came to the notice of the PFF that some participating teams are not playing with the true spirit of the rules and regulations and the federation will not bear anything against the spirit of game, he said in a statement on Monday. The federation has ordered all the 16 participants of Pakistan Premier Football League that only FIFA/AFC qualified coaches will be allowed to sit on teams bench as a coach, assistant coach or goalkeeper coach, he viewed. The Clause No. 9 (a) titling Team Bench and Technical Area and 23 titling Principles for Registration of Officials of PPFL 2010 - Technical Regulations, says only FIFA/AFC qualified coaches would be allowed to sit on team benches as coach and assistant coach.
