When you apply for scholarship through organizations like HEC and NTS, you have to fill in and submit an online application, followed by printing and dispatching the hard copy, along with academic credentials but the problem is that all is not that well outside the well facilitated and air-conditioned offices of Islamabad. Those in charge of affairs in these organizations completely ignore the overall condition of the country, where people are hampered in meeting the needs, set by these organizations. As a result, many an aspirant is left with no other choice but to forego such opportunity. The current advertisement for Commonwealth Scholarships is a point in example.

I would request the authorities to either revert back to the old system of downloading application form and submitting only the hard copy, which was much easier and feasible, or to give as much as about one month time for this process. I would also request the NTS authorities to kindly extend the last date for application submission for the present case of Commonwealth Scholarships.
