Fifteen years ago on 12th October 1999 present Prime Minister was inside a jail and General Musharraf was in command. Today he is inside a jail and the politician is back in the saddle. Interesting thing is that none of them has learnt any lesson from history, as far as their ‘high talks’ are concerned. As it is said, ‘Wise men also make mistakes but they do not repeat them’.
