Punjab approves development schemes

LAHORE - The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved development schemes of urban development sector at an estimated cost of Rs 497.750 million.

The 22nd meeting of PDWP of the current fiscal year was presided over by Chairman P&D Board Punjab Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan. Secretary P&DD Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all members of the Planning & Development Board, provincial secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the provincial departments  also attended the meeting.

According to a spokesman for the P&DD, the approved development schemes include provision of clean drinking water, sewerage system, PCC and other facilities in Sheranwala Gate, Fazal Park and adjoining areas of Lahore.
