LAHORE - A teenager girl committed suicide by swallowing poisonous pills after her parents admonished her over some domestic matter in City Raiwind area, police said on Saturday. The deceaseds family told the police that Shabana confined herself in the bedroom and took poisonous pills after her parents admonished her over some domestic issue. She fell unconscious and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead. The police handed over the dead body to the family without autopsy.
