KARACHI (Online) Sindh Local Bodies Minister Agha Siraj Durrani has said that there is no provision for the creation of new provinces in the constitution therefore any move to make new province in Sindh will not be tolerated. Talking to media prior to the Sindhs Assembly session on Monday, he pointed out that the government has been taking all its coalition partners on board regarding legislation about the in local government system, adding that relevant bill would be approved from the assembly after taking all the allies into confidence. He also clarified that if understanding among the coalition partners has not been developed regarding legislation in local government system within 45 days then extension would be made in the time period of legislation and later the bill would be approved from the assembly after budget session. The minister further informed that investigations were being carried out against Nazims, who were charged with corruption allegations, adding that accountability would be held against every district Nazim of the province. Replying to a query, he said that Musharraf government was responsible to provide security to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, lapse on which led to the assassination of Benazir Bhutto, adding the in accordance of the UNs report, action would be taken against all the suspected people including Pervez Musharraf.
