The recent torrential rains washed away Umar road in Dhok Ellahi Baksh, constituency PP-13, Rawalpindi near Girls Degree College. As per details the road was constructed with Rs 1 million last month but recent monsoon rains created 5 feet deep and 25 feet wide crater in the road. The residents of the area leveled charged that sub-standard material was used in construction of the road so that's, why the road could not bear even first shower of rain. The dilapidated road is creating inconvenience for students as the road leads to girls Degree College. The residents have demanded of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif to reconstruct the road.
