ISLAMABAD: In a bid to publish low-priced quality books, the National Book Foundation (NBF) has formed a review committee that consists of senior book ambassadors and writers.

The committee will review the books in terms of their quality, content, layout and other standards set in the matrix of development of textbooks and general books. One thousand books on different subjects including history, philosophy, fine arts, geography, religion, science, medicine, research methodology and other important areas of interest in Urdu and English languages will be published for students, teachers, researchers and book developers.–Staff Reporter

 Under the recommendations of the committee, the content and quality of books to be published for the readers within Pakistan and abroad will be shaped in a way that could present a positive image of the Muslims and Pakistanis.–Staff Reporter
