Former Australian cricketer and Islamabad United team Coach Dean Jones has been deported from Pakistan, Waqt News reported. “He came to Islamabad on Flight EK 614 without visa,” airport officials told the media.

“His documents were incomplete, which is why he was sent back,” officials stated.

Meanwhile, Dean Jones denied that he didn’t have the Pakistani visa and said he should not have been deported. “My documents were incomplete but I have the visa,” he said. “ I will reach Lahore tonight” he added.

Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar has ordered to take legal action against Emirates Airlines. “Orders are issued because Emirates Airlines brought Dean Jones to Pakistan without visa,” interior ministry sources stated. “The minister has ordered to regulate the private airlines along with PIA,” sources added.
