Zahid Hussain Bokhari, counsel for Pakistan’s former ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani, on Monday said that he has not been able to acquire visa for London and now he cannot attend the memo proceedings there.

Talking to media, Bukhari said that he would not be able to reach London at the time of recording of Mansoor Ijaz’s  statement to memogate commission. Mansoor Ijaz would give his statement at London High Commission on Feb 22 via video link.

 Zahid Bukhari, had to travel to London to cross examine Mansoor Ijaz, the main character in the memo case.

On the other hand, Secretary of the Judicial Commission Raja Jawad Abbas has reached London to collect evidence from Mansoor Ijaz and Blackberry’s data.
