N, Q-Leagues submit separate resolutions in PA against US Balochistan resolution

Two separate motions were submitted on Monday in the Punjab Assembly Secretariat against the resolution on Balochistan in the United States House of Representatives.
The motions were submitted by the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Zaheeruddin and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Zamarud Yasmeen.
The motions stated that the resolution on Balochistan in the US Congress was against the sovereignty of Pakistan.
According to the resolutions separately moved by the N and Q-Leagues, the US Congress resolution over Balochistan is unnecessary and people of Pakistan have concerns over it.
It stated: "US wanted to create misunderstandings among the stakeholders here instead of stopping Indian involvement in the region. Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan and the Baloch people are ready to sacrifice everything for their country's sovereignty." Debate on the motions was scheduled for the next session.
